Getting Ready for the New Year

Looking at today’s San Jose Mercury News there were a number of articles looking at the quickly ending 2009.  And retospectives have their place.  But I like looking ahead.  There is always the question of what will 2010 look like.  I wonder if looking ahead at next year is as beneficial as looking ahead to a companies next quarter.  Perhaps just looking ahead to the next year is not enough.

So I am asking what changes will you make in the coming weeks to begin a new life?

Will you be making any life changing habits?

Here in Santa Clara with it’s mild weather it’s easy to ease out of one year and into the next, we have no extreme weather that really marks the ending of one season and the beginning of the next.  Still in a few weeks we will begin to see the difference just those few weeks make in our gardens.

So what changes do I intend to make beginning with 2010.  I have some long term changes in mind.  Beginning with a Nutritional Therapist to help me put together an eating plan to support my health;  for my work as a Realtor signing up for “Bold” a new program to enegerize my work and this year to obtain my brokers license.

My husband and I have been talking about remodeling the kitchen – it will be a large project.  I’ll keep you posted on how that progresses this year.

I think those three things will be a big enough start for the new year.

Let me know what your intended changes are.
